Mental Health Support
At Inverkeithing High School we know how important Mental Health is for the school community and beyond. As a result we want to share the following resources to help support you and your families if you are going through a hard time. It is important to remember that it's okay to not be okay, and you will always have someone willing to listen at IHS. We would encourage you to seek out your guidance teacher in the first instance, but if this is not possible especially during the current Coronavirus Pandemic - there is information in these resources that will hopefully be able to help you.
